Guidelines for Secure AI System Development — Chinese Translation

Chinese translation of the international Guidelines for Secure AI System Development white paper co-published by CISA, NCSC, 18 countries, and 23 organizations including Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI, covering secure AI development across design, development, deployment, and operation phases.

This post provides a Chinese translation of the Guidelines for Secure AI System Development white paper, jointly published by the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) on November 28, 2023.

The guidelines were developed collaboratively by 18 countries (including the US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, and Chile) and 23 cybersecurity organizations, including Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Scale AI.

This is the first international guidance document on secure AI system development, covering recommendations across four phases: design, development, deployment, and operation. The Chinese translation is provided as an embedded PDF for reference.
